We certainly enjoyed our stay. The room in this quaint historic hotel was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Room appeared newly renovated with an eletric tea kettle, comfy bed and nice shower. Room cleaned, linens changed daily. Strong wifi. Delightful staff that was extremely friendly & helpful. Nice having a microwave available for use in the lobby's common area. Several restaurants and a few grocery stores located close by. It's just 10 minutes from the train station & bus [Nomad #2 takes you to Mont Saint Michel].

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, helping with my poor French language skills. The rooms were a good size and a typical Best Western mix of modern facilities in vintage settings. The breakfast was first class, lots of choice including some cooked items. The Hotel's location was perfect for our trip to Mont St Michel - 10 minutes to the Mont and lots of very good restaurants near by. Parking was 30m away in an empty, free and well maintained Town car park. An excellent value hotel which is very well managed. Thank you!

Location: it’s 8-10 mins walk from Pontorson railway station, from where you could go to Mont Saint-Michel by No 2 bus. If you want to go hiking from the hotel to Saint-Michel, it probably takes 2 hours, trust me the view is great! Community: very quiet and there are many restaurants, you’d enjoy the food. Room: very clean and comfortable. Staff: BW staffs are excellent and extremely friendly and wonderful! They helped us with check in, getting us the bus schedule, and recommending good restaurants. Thank you all so much :)

The staff is really very friendly, from the moment they checked us in untill the check-out. The stairway and halls are quite oldfashioned, but then you enter the room and there is a brand new toilet and bathroom. And the bed was really comfortable. There is a parking in front of the hotel and at the back, free of charge. Quite a few restaurants and supermarkets in the area. And the Mnt Saint Michel is only a short drive. We would go back here again without hesitation.

Room ● clean & spacious ● the cabinets can be locked & good for storage ● towels are new & bath & body wash of good quality ● hotel is amazing- 16th century ● has potable water; can save money from buying bottled water 4. Garden HIGHLY recommended 👏👏👏

The family room was spacious, the bathroom was modern and everything was clean. The staff were kind and accommodating. There's a pretty garden in the rear with tables and chairs where we ate our dinner as we had some trouble getting a table at the nearby restaurants. There are plenty of take away options close by. It was a short walk to the train station where we arrived and took the bus to Mont Saint Michel. It's also not far from the laundromat and a lovely old church. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Small quiet hotel in historical building. Easy and free parking nearby. All members of personnel nice and helpful at any level. Special thanks to lady at the reception who was taking care of our wellbeing all the time. We do not have her name but she was an exceptional example of good staff. Caring, softly speaking, really a diamond for the hotel business. Nice breakfast in stylish location.

Loved the quaint atmosphere and historic feel of the hotel. Bathroom had been updated. Beds were clean with fresh linens. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and explore Pontorson. Great location to reach Mont St. Michel. Cute courtyard. Breakfast was good. Bar in hotel was vey good and had great atmosphere. Parking was nearby. They offered great recommendations for meals. Eugenia was a super restaurant per their recommendation. Manager was EXCELLENT. My husband needed ice to ice a swelling knee and the manager accommodated on every request.

We loved the building with its rich history and its location so close to Mont Saint Michel. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is probably the best Best Western I've ever been in! If you're a tourist looking to stay at fun unique places don't think this is just your average best western. It's a unique hotel with a brand name!

Superb location in the heart of Pontorson, the hotel is an ideal base for Mont Saint-Michel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable. Good breakfast.
